Meet Esmay!
Esmay has 12 years of robust experience in the field of speech language pathology. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders with minors in Linguistics and Portuguese from University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2012. She then worked as a speech-language pathologist assistant for four years, providing speech therapy in public schools.
Esmay earned her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, East Bay in 2018. Since then, she has deepened both her expertise and passion for supporting children with a wide range of disabilities and communication needs.
Esmay holds a state license through the Washington State Department of Health, an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), and a national board certification with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is dedicated to staying current with evidence-based practices and emerging advancements through continuing education.
Outside of her practice, Esmay enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and cat, playing music, being in nature, and cooking.
